Our review

Arini deploys AI voice agents for dental practices. Inbound, the agent answers calls during and after hours and books appointments. Outbound, it runs reactivation campaigns for inactive patients and automated appointment confirmations. Practices can start with one workflow and add more over time, and Arini says agents can be deployed in days. For larger groups, it offers forward-deployed engineers and per-agent, per-location performance tracking.

On integration, Arini publishes guides for Open Dental, Dentrix and Eaglesoft. Its Open Dental guide describes using Open Dental's API to check real-time schedule availability and book appointments, with bi-directional sync.

Arini's site features case studies, including Pearl Street Dental Partners ($342,000 of production value in 10 months) and Kare Mobile (110 Arini-booked appointments). These are vendor-reported results.

Who it's for: practices losing new patients to missed calls, especially after hours.

Watch-outs: the sources we reviewed don't spell out escalation rules or how calls hand off to a person. Ask exactly what the AI can and can't book, how it hands off, and how calls are recorded and stored. Pricing isn't published.

Our take: 7.2. The call handling is strong, while independent evidence is still thin.
