Our review

Archy is a cloud practice management system aimed at independent and small-group practices. It combines scheduling, charting, imaging, treatment planning, insurance verification, claims, payments, texting, reminders, websites and staff time tracking in a single login, and pitches itself as a replacement for five or more separate tools.

Archy raised a $50 million Series C led by JMI Equity in September 2026, bringing total funding to $97 million. The company says it serves 1,000 practices across 45 states and processes more than $300 million in payments a year. Its AI agents handle scheduling, insurance, payments, charting and reporting, and Archy Scribe drafts clinical notes from appointments.

Who it's for: independent practices and startups that want a modern, all-in-one cloud system and are ready to leave a legacy server PMS.

Watch-outs: pricing isn't published. Because Archy replaces other tools, check whether it connects to the imaging sensors, phone system and specialty tools you want to keep. Ask for references from practices your size.
